Hi! My name is Presley Lawson, I am 23 years old and I'm a singer/songwriter. 

 

I taught myself guitar by watching YouTube videos when I was 12, covering all of my favorite artists. I've since then written my own music, writing my first song at 18.

​

I, like any fan girl, obsess over music artists. My current music fascination is Bille Eilish. It seems to be a long phase... I grew up on Elvis Presley, Carole King, and Garth Brooks while becoming fans and idolizing artists like Adele, Ed Sheeran, Allie Colleen, The Driver Era (previously known as R5), and of course, Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas. If I were to write a list of all of my influences, the page would not end.

Family, Friends, and making people feel welcomed and seen are most important to me. I feel like I can do that through music. I want to be an advocate for P.O.T.S. through my platform. I want to inspire others who suffer from chronic illnesses and mental health issues like I do to follow their dreams and seek what makes them happy.
